Our team of Mechanical Engineers, Industrial Engineers, and Applications Engineers dedicate their efforts to the design and manufacturing efficiencies of innovative technologies for use in the medical device market.

Our multi-talented team can receive input on a particular device or idea and design that device or idea quickly and efficiently in our SolidWorks® CAD software. Once all input is verified and validated and a suitable device has been designed, we will create a stereolithography (SLA) model within hours. Our engineering expertise will then take the device after all changes are finalized through a manufacturing engineering process; whereby, the item will be engineered to be manufactured in one process, or, as we call it, "Done in One". Engineering the device in this manner will eliminate multiple set-ups and the chance of errors and excessive scrap rates which are associated with this type of "Cell Manufacturing" concept. Our third party vendors will assist us with the proper mechanical testing protocol as well as assist us with our FDA 510(k) filing.
