Recent advances in science have allowed even the most complicated of surgeries to be performed using Minimally Invasive techniques. Along with all of the obvious benefits of this approach, there is a greater need to rely on neuromonitoring probes to ensure safe navigation past neural structures.

The Docent system includes a blunt-tipped monopolar probe and an exchange cannula. This allows surgeons to percutaneously map nerve root location, and safely maneuver around neural structures to deliver implants to the desired location.
