By age 40, about 60% of all adults have developed some form of degenerative disc disease. By some estimates, 51 million Americans are afflicted with some form of chronic back pain. Because of those numbers Amendia is committed to educating the public and medical community about the latest advanced therapies available for the treatment of common conditions of the back and spine. While only about 5% of those sufferers will actually need back surgery, by understanding today’s advanced therapies both Surgeons and Patients alike can be more informed about their conditions and treatments.

MUSC CME Spine Care 2017

February 25, 2017 The goal of this conference is to improve competency when identifying these common and challenging conditions, and determine appropriate treatment options resulting in optimal patient outcomes.
